The card was unparalleled in its ability to 'tutor' and play exactly what a player needed, particularly in a Standard environment full of Artifact decks with many cheap Artifacts to sacrifice

Against aggression it is helping and against midrange and control the card is actually pretty threatening

As is expected, this MTG card features the Waterbend mechanic, and comes with a pretty incredible payoff

The benefit though is that if the board position isn't right, when you can just drop the Hydra and you can still get a 4/4 dork, without being forced to hold it in your hand, so it's always useful
