This can be great if you have a lot of bigger Creatures, then you can make this card feel closer to Plague Wind than a typical board wipe

Even if you are so heavy on discard that you can have this always be vindicate you would probably still rather other bounce as you will more than likely have spare discard effects

The power level of these cards is so high, Im sure a favorite or two will inevitably get left off this list, but I think weve got everything thats gonna make waves
