Project 108 Rouge 2018 13.5% (750ml) South London Best London a little muskWinemaker Paul Old is an ex dancer and ex pat Australian, who works with old, near abandoned vines of Carignan, Mourvedre and other mediterranean varietals, near the ocean in Corbieres Maritimes. This is a fantastic medium bodied red from hand harvested 100 year old Carignan and 45 year old Mourvedre, 20% whole bunch, 80% destemmed, fermented separately, aged outdoors in twin 2500l foudres.
