There isnt much need to replace basics with cards like this in Commander, but if the secondary effect is something your deck actually cares about, you might take a second look

Many of these cards featuring duos are the ones that have secret, full-card artwork Enchanted variants, as well as the rarest Iconic versions

I dont think it matters much in the long term, as these are fantastic cards with iconic characters and for something as universal as Rift, it doesnt matter whats on the art
