This mount sits at a fixed position on the outer tube. The second graph will not telescope with the top unit. Keeping the weight of the second graph lower and closer to the mount center point. When Stowing your unit simply loosen the clamp knob and rotate your graph to the backside of the mount. Uses a copolymer split bushing to allow for smooth rotation
